Thanks to member @D18 i have had a repair and 2nd HT at another clinic with already a vastly improved outcome at 3.5 months. This to me proves that I was gaslighted by Arshad and treated despicably by Adam, when i showed concerns about my outcome.

Has anyone worked out how we save other people from the physical and emotional harm this clinic is doing?
I’ve made a facebook group here where everyone can join the group. Its called ‘The Hair Dr Experience’ on Facebook you cant miss it. This is so we can all come together. If anyone here wants to join and share their story or how they have been treated there, that’s fine. I will also be uploading my own pictures of their mediocre work carried out

Great that you've put this together Razer - everyone involved should advertise it as much as poss so you can get as many members as you can as the more the stronger the case and also to share in any costs. If you haven't already got a legal person lined up a starting place for legal advice could be Citizens Advice, and they might be able to recommend solicitors. A search for No Win No Fee 'Negligence' solicitors might locate a solicitor willing to take it on. Its also worth all of you checking your Home Insurance policy as sometimes they can include Legal Expenses Insurance cover - which the policy will tell you if it covers claims for negligence.... although it would only cover the person insured that could set a precedent for everyone else. Good luck

Razer - perhaps consider a Reddit group as on there everyone is anonymous. Facebook is your real id and many don’t want it public, and so that might put a lot of people off joining.
