Thinking about hair transplant, need an advice

Hello all.
I had my consultation yesterday. I went to Barley's microneedle ht clinic in Nanjing, China.
They told me i wasn't a candidate for surgery.
Quality of my follicles is very bad and there is a big space between them in some cases. However, they emphasized that the main problem is not the density, but the follicles condition.
They cannot use my beard because it is strong and my hair is soft and weak, so i presume the discrepancy would have been visible.
They recommended using medications for 6 to 9 months in order to prepare follicles for transplant which i said i wouldn't use.

Sounds like the clinic had your best interest at heart dude....bottom line (sorry for sounding blunt) without using Meds your going to end up chasing a dream unfortunately imo...yeah you could look pretty good for a few yrs with a top surgeon but going by your age and loss pattern without meds it's likely to change and your gains through surgery will disappear and you could find yourself in a worse situation.

With meds then yes a Ht could be possible.

Why are you totally against the idea of meds by the way?.....just curious?

Look at hair systems, Smp, or shave it down if your hair is too weak.
