Hi all. 22 male here. I been on oral minox for almost 5 months now. I had a horrible shedding phase but stopped 3 months ago. Crown was never the issue and i’m not thinning there. Hairline is the problem. The hair there is very thin. Especially my right temple. Should i be patient for oral results or is a hairline transplant the only way to get atleast density back. I’m also in fin. Have been for a long time but upped the dose to 1MG 3 months ago. What norwood am i now?

Your hair looks ok to me. Do you have any pictures to post from before you were taking meds?

First 2 before meds. I was on topical before, no oral. Rest of the pics was during peak shed after i switched to oral minox.

The difference is minimal. Was it a hair transplant doctor that advised meds?

No own choice. First 2 was before oral minox, just topical. Then i switched to oral minox and got a big shed. Last 4 was during that phase and slightly after. 2,5 months ago. The pictures in the main post are now.

All you can do for now is keep on the meds to see if your hairline improves. They may only maintain it which is good as your hairline ain't bad.

Yes my hairline isnt the problem, atleast anymore its just that the hair on my temples is thin. Is temple hair that resistent that oral min and fin cant bring back thickness?
