Hi, everyone!

As the title suggests, I have shortlisted a few doctors after researching for weeks (here and other forums) and need to hear what you guys think

My short story (M25)

After battling with hair loss insecurities for almost 10 years, I have decided to pull the trigger and look to get a hair transplant. I first tried to look into it 2 years ago, but the doctors at FUEcapillar told me that I should be on fin and min for a year to get more out of the surgery. I then got prescribed fin, but I had side effects (or so I think, maybe placebo after the online horror stories) and stopped.

I’ve been on topical min for 4 years, but it didn’t do much without fin, so for the last 2 months I added topical fin too. It’s the topical min + fin from MinoxidilMax

Current regime: Fin + min 1x per day Microneedling 1-2 per week at 1.5mm Hair masks made of rosemary oil, castor oil, pumpkin seed oil, peppermint oil ketoconazol shampoo Rosemary water

The surgeons I have shortlisted after my research:

  • Dr. Bekir Bek
  • Dr. Dogan Turan
  • Dr Gur
  • Dr Resul Yaman
  • Dr. Erkan Demirsoy
  • Dr Maras or Dr Christina with HDC
  • just now: Dr. Marwan Saifi (he said 2500 grafts which seems low?)
I have requested a consultation with all of them, but only got an offer from HDC and their communication is top-notch (Doron if you see this, hi) They estimated that I would need 2 surgeries, which I was aware that it was a possible scenario. I’m fine with it if it means maximum results and 3600-4000 grafts to restore the hairline and top areas, fixing the crown in a second surgery a year later. This whole first surgery would be 8k euros, a little bit out of my budget, but I’m willing to do it if I’m certain I’m not getting botched and getting a decent result.

Now, what do you guys think of the possible names?

Anyone you would remove? Anyone you would add?

Looking forward to as many replies as possible :D

Well there many Drs who are doing hair transplant surgeries but it depends upon the results they get...
I would recommend Dr. Ashfaq Ahmad Khan for the overseas Pakistani and per those who live here can contact him at Elixir Hair Transplant Center Islamabad for better and effective hair loss treatment ...
