If I could sing or play an instrument I would. I could be the Tamborine guy, that's easy enough to play
Lol Bigmac can just picture you in a town busking with your Tamborine dude.

Hi Mike, hope all is well. I looked at dozens of posts on here, before booking in next month with hairdr. Yours stood out first of all for the amazing change. However for me it was your pre photo that struck a chord. Your hair type looks very similar to my own (if it wasn't shaved). Hopefully mine also proves to be a good donor. Going for a second op speaks volumes. Thanks for posting, definitely helped me decide and is much appreciated.
Hey Jamie hope youre well. Sorry it has took me a while to get back to you. Thanks for the kind words and pleased to here it has helped you as that it the main aim to this. For sure the 2nd transplant for more density has be a game changer! love it! First hair cut since lockdown tomorrow! Sounds like we have similar hair loss and type and drop me a PM if you like and we can better chat. All the best and youre in the best hands with Dr Ashad and the Hair Dr, Changed my life.

Sorry its been a while since I've posted I've been busy with work getting ready to re open. With lockdown and all I've not given myself a self hair cut and just grew it out. It will be a year since my 2nd FUE transplant next month on the 28th August and I am massively due a haircut (booked in tomorrow). Loving the long locks though and I am going to play around with hairstyles now that I can.
I called into the hair Dr clinic last month and met with Dr Arshad who loved my results so far and was as excited as i am. He had a comb through and checked over my head and grafts. All was good and was more hairs coming through adding to the thick dense hair. I got some more finasteride as taking this is preventing any native hair loss. He made a comment on the peak been a great decision and I agreed and said I can have a kind of Chris Hemsworth/Thor hairstyle (without the muscles).
To sum up I am absolutely loving my hair and the huge difference 2 years and 2 procedures has made on my appearance and self confidence. It's the best investment I've made for sure.

Cheers mate. Thank yeah I'm thrilled. How's things with you
All good! Lockdown with a 6 year-old and a new born, whilst working has been challenging!! Will post my 12 month pictures shortly. I think I am also going to have some SMP in my crown.

I'm good thanks, really have taken a lot from the stories on here. It is amazing how open everyone is. It's taken me a fair few years to take the plunge, so I wish I'd found the site sooner. Anyway I got a call from the hairdr with a cancellation for next Wednesday, so I'm very pleased. Once the decision was made I wanted to be in. Nervous, but it seems like I'm going to the best place, lucky really as I'm only half an hour down the road.

Thanks again,
Jamie.

You won’t regret it Jamie. Had mine done there a week ago today. I’m mega pleased how it’s progressing so far and how great the Hair Dr team were from start to finish. If my results are as good as the experience I’ve had so far I’ll be one happy man

Finally have a haircut since lockdown. It will be a year since my 2nd FUE transplant next month. Really pleased ,happy and confident with the results. Thank so much to Dr Arshad and the Hair Dr clinic team for everything.
Hair density is solid and as think as I've ever had. Donor hair looks perfect and untouched. I am not going to play around with hairstyles long and short.

Thanks Mike, that would be great, although the more I read/watch the calmer I get. As well as looking on here, I've been watching the two Australian doctors on you tube, Impressed with their videos, especially on finasteride. I like the idea of taking it 3 times a week in the long term, especially as I'm not the biggest/heaviest person.

Yeah finasteride is a big help. I'm looking to also take a couple times a week after the year mark next month or so.
I'll message you my number

Do you get any sides with finasteride @Mikes FUE Story? It made a massive difference to my hair and I think I must be a "good responder" to it, but I could not really live with the side effects. I took it on and off for years, starting in 2006 and for up to 3 years at one point. Some of the side effects dissipated over time, but others did not.

You hair is looking amazing after your cut! This is such a transformation.

Yeah taking finasteride is a smart move to boost the grafts and prevent any further native hair loss. To date I don't feel I've experienced any side effects and I've been taking it for like 2 and half years. I'm looking to take it 2/3 times a week in the next month or so to keep it in my system.
Are you taking now still but no side effects?
Yeah loving the haircut and it truly is! I couldn't be happier.
Thanks mate
