Crusts are not clean properly after 3rd hair wash

Hello, I have gone through hair transplant on 5th December. Approximately 5000 grafts were implanted. I have started washing my heads on the 8th day but the crusts were not cleared properly. After my 3rd wash, still there is crusts left. Should I worry about this? I have attached the after head wash pictures sequentially.
Please help.

Here’s what I did:

Double check with your clinic though! Advice should be coming from them directly.

I had the same issue (and the surgical marker too!) get the hair damp, leave for 1 or 2 mins, apply the shampoo as you normally would and gently massage using fingertips and leave for 5 mins, then rinse.

Dont panic if they don’t all come out, they will over the next week or so.

Did you spray your head after your surgery with post op solution? People who don`t spray or spray very little usually end up with a lot more scabbing.
Your scabs don't look bad, they will all fall off in the next few days. Just let the shampoo soak in for longer and massage quite firmly. Don't pick any off, let them come off naturally and you’ll be fine.

Yes I did spray my transplanted hairs in every 2 hours after the transplant. I hope, they will come off naturally. From tomorrow, I will gently rub the head with my finger tips. Let's see the result. Thank you for the suggestion

I’ve seen quite a few post op scabbing like yours. The results turned out fine. Try not to worry about it, the scabs will be gone in a few more days.
