Just out of interest, where did you originally plan to go in the UK?

It would rather not say where I almost had a procedure carried out but after that I also had consultations with clinics in England . I then had a consultation with Bisanga and it was night and day compared to others

If I can ask; how do you source your oral minoxidil and at what kind of prices? I'm looking to be on it long term for my own regimen. As a note side, I have also found it makes my facial hair grow significantly faster similarly to you.

Hi folks,
Here is my 5 1/2 month update.
photos and a video comb through to finish off.
I am super pleased with how things have turned out and still not even at 6 months.
It’s very easy to forget how things use to be. It was only a day or so ago when I looked at some old photos and it really dawned on me how my hair use to affect me. Constantly trying to comb my hair in a certain way, never wanted to get it wet , not wanting to look at myself in a mirror.
I agonised for many years about getting a procedure but the only thing I regret is not getting it done a few years earlier.
Having said that though those few years were spent researching and the importance of taking your time is a must . After coming very very close to having a procedure in England I am so so pleased I decided to take the short flight to Dr Bisanga and I cannot thank Ian enough for his constant support.
What are your thoughts folks ?

I took my time and did plenty of research and Super pleased I went with Dr Bisanga.
Dr B did was massively involved !
He did all of the extractions.
He made all of the incisions.
He implanted all of the hairline himself and a tech assisted with implanting the grafts further back .

Excellent growth for 5 1/2 months. The new hairline has transformed you already. You’ll be used to looking at the new you in the mirror and it is surprising how you forget how you once looked with the thinning hair. That’s in the past now. The future lis looking rosy for you.

12 MONTH UPDATE-
Hi folks,
Almost 12 months since my procedure !
Apologies for not updating sooner. I’ve been very busy and to be honest I’ve really not had to keep looking for growth .
As per my previous pictures , I kept my hair short and brushed up but I decided to let it grow and see if I could wear it forward.
if I leave my hair alone then it’s naturally curly but the downside being that it’s frizzy. I’ve come close to cutting it shorter again and wearing it up but I’ve stuck at letting it grow forward and doing everything I can to take the friz out.
The pics aren’t the best as I took them this morning in and out of my car but hopefully good enough for you to see how it looks.
I’ve decided to embrace the curls and I’m going to keep letting it grow a bit more.
At 12 months I reflect back to how miserable my hair use to make me and how long I agonised over getting a Transplant. It is obviously very important to gain as much knowledge as possible and understand what you are getting into But for me the only regret I have is that I didn’t research and get it done sooner.
it’s safe to say that I’m super pleased I went to Dr Bisanga.
