At 4 months it is looking good. I believe you’re having nice early growth from this 2nd HT. Everything looks natural with your transplanted hair blending/matching in now. When you watch your hair constantly you don’t notice the difference. A monthly update is sufficient to compare the difference.
Your hair style suits you. Looks good at this length.
Thanks for the update.

Fantastic result so far!
Temples also look very great, despite everything you went through !
Do you have any comparison photos between before & after the second surgery?

So an update at 4 months approx, I think it had added some more density.

Honestly I have stopped watching every day because I feel the density is alright now, before these surgeries I was wearing a cap all day, now I have not wore any caps in months and my girlfriend told me yesterday unintentionally when my hair was a mess and I was about to wear a cap for that sake, "take off the hat, you look better without it". It felt good, as she said before I did these surgeries that I dont need any surgery at all. :)

Before any surgeries and comparisons until now

Both these photos is taken in sort of the same lighting conditions, before 2nd and only 4 months after the 2nd

Definitely a noticeable improvement at this very early stage, fingers crossed it keeps progressing!

You can see the increase in density and the temple points look so much better now.

I think unless you know what you're looking for, you wouldn't notice any issues with your donor area

Your hair looks ever so slightly longer in the post-op picture, could be the lighting though. However, your donor looks very good. I can see the difference in density but I’m looking for it. Any ordinary person in the street would not give it a second look. I’d probably struggle to see it in person too.

In theory, if you would want to have another surgery in the future, how many grafts you believe you have at your disposal?

Looks fantastic Louii, you must be happy! Good to hear you have a suppoortive gf as well.

Where did you go for the first one? The temple work from there is fantastic

Its correct, there is a difference in length and I need to keep my hair a tad bit longer nowadays to hide the FUE scars. I will try to get the exact same length approx so we can get a 100% fair comparison.

To be honest, I think I need to keep it longer, that will be the trade getting from NW3 to NW1 in the front.

I would think I could probably remove 3000-4000 more but of course I will then need to keep my hair at a much longer length aswell as my donor will be quite thinned out.

It for sure looks so much nicer / denser .. is it so noticeable in person?
As you already know, things will keep just getting better and better!
Good luck man and happy growing, will be following!
Yes I feel its night and day difference in density from before my surgery with Dr Michalis to now.

Now its 4,5 months, I will update again at 5 months.

I`d keep your hair at that length as it looks really good.
