Thanks Edsarn for that, I only thought there might have been a problem with Dr. Bonaros as my 5,000 graft has not come out as I expected and was looking for a surgeon who could thicken at least the frontal region using DHI.
My first thoughts was Harley Street Dr. Tam as he is a one man band, one patient a day and has lots of awards, but as someone mentioned on hear, awards don't meen anything but results post 18 months surgery do.
He has quoted, from photos sent by me, £17,500 for 3,500 grafts for front and a year later, £17,500 for crown.

Have you spoke to the Doctor yet to see what he says about your result?

That seems very expensive with Dr Tam. Check out Dr Michalis. His prices are very competitive. Look at the threads by @Kelvino1987 and @loui who have both used this surgeon. I think he charges around €2 per graft. Not 100% certain, but it’s worth a consultation and a chat with @Kelvino1987 and @loui

Thanks again for your suggestions and will look into them.
My origional Dr. advised me to wait a futher 6 months to see if any more grafts come through, only trouble is I have to
have the recovery time during the winter months as come summer my commitments will not allow visable impairment
to be noticeable.

That's correct, and includes flights and hotels (depending on graft count). He also performs partial shave FUE which will limit the visibility of the surgery. My surgery wasn't visible after a week.

I think Dr Bonaros is a very experienced doctor, so I would wait for 6 months and then contact him again, and see what he says. I know it’s hard to be patient, especially when you see some people with very fast growth. How many months is it since your operation?

Wow, I did not realise it included flights and hotel!! I’m really impressed with his work and how diligent he is. I had my first HT back in 2013 with Dr De Reys and I paid around €2.3 per graft and that included accommodation and transport in Belgium, but not flights. That was 11 years ago.

It is 12 months but it wasn't Dr. Bonaros who suggested waiting a further 6 months, but the origional surgeon.
From what I gather, DHI technique is advised for thickening frontal area to existing HT and of course no shaving of recipient site.
I am having a little trouble contacting the Dr. Bonaros people as they seem to have a call-centre operation with call back which hasn't happened over the last 2 days or the online route. Possibly very busy, I see He himself sometimes posts on here so hopefully may
come across this or be informed as I am running out of time for any procedures

Apologies- I thought Dr Bonaros was your surgeon. He might not be back to work until next week. He was always quick at replying over email.

Here are my 12 month photos. I am happy with the outcome, as realistically I had a large area to cover we not many grafts left!
