Your journey illustrates how hair restoration is usually a lifelong commitment to meds to help maintain what was achieved with surgery.

Thanks, Big Mac, I did not reply because I am evaluating the possibility of having yet another small touch-up over of the hair line in order to move it ahead by roughly 8 mm in the center. Of course, I am happy about my hair but I think it could be looking even better like that. I think it would be a surgery in the order of a few hundred grafts.

I think it’s a case of hair greed with you. I’d be very happy with your hairline.

In the date April the 18th i will be in Istanbul so i will be able to ask Dr. Koray about a possible touch-up to make the hairline slightly lower. If everything goes right i am planning to get it done right after the summer.

I think your hair looks great as it is. You definitely have hair greed.

So I came back from Turkey, it was actually a few weeks ago. I was able to talk to Dr. Koray, he told me an operation was possible if I wanted to but he suggested that maybe I could wait a bit longer for the step. My hairline is roughly 8 cm away from the center of my eyebrows, which in my case means my forehead is a bit higher than it should be according to the golden rule. A small operation or better said a little touch-up of 1000 to 1200 grafts should provide the wanted result but it's always possible my AGA would wake up one day. In that case, I should have still enough grafts for another touch-up, as he calculated that my donor should have a capacity of at least 2500 residual units. All this to say I am more confused than before about what I should be doing. I will take some time to decide, in the case I will go for it I think it should be done this year, or never. I will post some recent photos with very short hair and the donor area to show the situation in detail without any kind of combing over.

I really don't think you need to do any more to be honest, your hairline looks great.

I'd be very happy with that.

Your hair looks good , nice result . I also had two hair transplants previous in 2009 and 2012 . Just recently ( last week ) I had my third one with dr. Feriduni , since it was me wish to lower my hairline in the front , and to restore my fut scar by fue . You can check and follow my story on the topic forum here . Your hair looks good , the result is nice . If you want a lower hairline , just opt like me for fue in order to lower the hairline . It will not take too much grafts , I guess around 1200 /1300 or maybe less for you . Just consult the doctor . But your result looks very good . Greetings Kevin

I like your hairline as it is now. I’d leave it alone and save your donor reserves.
