Hi Dazzster . Hope your well mate. Yeah ive just hit the 11 week mark and i can see them starting to sprout. There are hairs sprouting where previously there was none.

Still lots of areas to fill it but i definitly have noticed it starting. Heres hoping for a good month or 2! Ill stick up some pics at the 3 month mark of where i am. Still going hard in the gym. The goal is next year to be in the best condition of all time personally all round !! Sounds like your doing well too. I had a look and your hair is looking great mate. Things are looking up eh :)

Cheers
Bob

The buzz hair suits you. In fact, I was a little surprised when I saw the longer hair in the pre-op. Low maintenance is a good thing. Be patient, the growth will start before you know it.

Hi Boberto

Thanks for the update, as Janna said a lot to come so hang in there. It's amazing that many guys get a new lease of life, more hair and hit the gym, more confidence etc. I read it time and again.

Good growth for the hair and of course for the muscles also!

Thanks for the comments guys.

Ha ha Steve your dead right.

Ive been training for years now but the HT has definitly given me that extra little bit of motivation for the extra push to really maximise everything. :)

Cheers

Hi All,

Just thought id give an update. Took some pics as below at a few days past the 3 month mark. I think things have started which is good and things starting to take shape.

Most of the grafts shed about 4-6 weeks post op. Ive kept my hair really short whilst waiting for growth to come in. I would definitly recommend this approach for people getting HT's done. So much more convenient and you dont need to mess around with concealer etc which may even hinder growth.

Im still buzzing my hair short and quite like it like this again now. Although i will grow it out probably at the 4 month mark when i see more growth coming in.

Cheers
Bob

Hi Boberto

Thanks for the update and glad all seems to be on track.

Short hair is easy to wash and in the early stages post op a real blessing and easy to handle.

Good point about the concealer, I am not personally a fan of them and if used must be washed off nightly to ensure the skin can breath well before each application. There are a host of them on the market and are applied differently and do help with the illusion but care must be taken especially post surgery.

Hope you have a happy Christmas and things really start to kick off for you soon in the coming months.

Hi Boberto

Amazing results so far. I can't believe your growth compared to mine. Growth for me only started about 3 or 4 weeks ago, and is progressing slowly (I had 4,800 FUT at BHR in October 2012).

It looks like you are going to get a great result, and if I were you I'd seriously consider the buzzed look.

All the best,

Hi FZ - Im still only just coming up to 4 months so nowhere near final result hopefully!. Ill PM you anyway.

Hi Modenese - Thanks sure we still have a long ways to go. The front has definitly starting to come in and take shape. The mid scalp area though is still thin and needs to play catch up. Ive read this can be slower due to a number of reasons. Patience is the name of the game i reckon. Best to judge everything after a year.

I have been using Minox foam and am on a fair bit of supplements & MSM. Not sure if they have helped me but worth taking i reckon. Enough evidence that says they do.

We are a few weeks apart so i think you will really start to see some growth coming in the next month or so. Ive noticed a big difference the last few weeks. Heres to more of the same for us the next few months!

Hi Steve, Thanks. Yeah am looking forward to more growth too. I can see a lot of little hairs mid scalp which look to have just broken through and playing catch up.

Its a long old road but very happy with things progressing now. Well worth it.
