Hi guys :) 2 month update today! I think there is some good growth going on, but majority grows in the front and the midscalp hair seems thinner then the hair in the front.. Normal? See you in 1 month (;

4 awesome repairs with SMG
Nothing at all to worry about at this early stage dude, it will all come more uniform later on in terms of growth and is perfectly normal for some parts to grow faster than others...early days yet pal;)
Thanks for the update

It looks like your starting to see some growth coming through, but remember your only just at the beginning stages in terms of growth so you need to quit worrying or you will drive yourself nuts;).
Also without sounding critical it doesn't help taking photos under a bright light because it will make things look a whole lot worse than it is in normal lighting conditions.
Be positive it's only just beginning.;)

I will try to put it on the benchmark..

Do you have some pre op photos that we can see to compare? I can only see the ones taken immediately after surgery. Assuming you had some hair before as you have a strip scar?

3 months is just the start and for most they might be seeing some new hairs pop. Relax take a few deep breaths and be assured that the hardest 3 months are behind you and that you can look forward to the next 3.

Thanks for the photos. It is so difficult to assess how much growth that you have from photos. Most of the new hair that would have just sprouted will still be short and will not be picked up in the photos. As a guide this is my belief on how things generally work. Please remember this is just a guide.

Month 1-3 post op healing by end of month 3 you should look similar to how you looked pre op.

Month 4 Start of new growth by end of month improvements over pre op situation are noticeable

Months 5-7 are the months where the majority of new growth and improvements occur.

Months 8-12 some late growers will still see some new growth in the early months but it is more a case of new transplanted hair growing in length and maturing. A noticeable improvement of the hair texture should be seen from the month 8 stage by the end of full year.

I have had many patients tell me their hair continues to mature and improve from the first year to the second.

Im very thankful for your input here!

And thats a great guide for me :)!
Yes, you cant see what i see in the mirror on the pictures.
I can see those very short (1mm) hairs everywhere but at the pics it looks like there is no new growth..

I will keep to be patient..
And just relax.
2016 will be a funny yesr for me :)!

I think by month 6 you will have a lot more growth which will make a huge visual change to your hair. Thanks for keeping us updated on your progress.

Hey guys!
Now its exactly 3 1/2 months post OP and things really start to happen right now!
I think im an really early grower and thats good because im very unpatient.. :/
So look at the pics.Between the longer hairs are thousands of small hairs and they help to make it look a little bit denser.I hope the next 2-3 months things start to look really good and im satisfied.
All the best guys!!
