I know this maybe off topic so do feel free to delete this mods - but I am just curious if any of you have seen or followed Andrew Neil on Daily Politics or This Week? - he has had the same hair line (high forehead) since I started watching This Week in 2003 when it was first broadcasted.

I know he has had Botox's - hence the lack of wrinkles BUT Do you think he has had a hair transplant, or is using a toppik? c;;9

His hair when I have seen him on tv looks quite powdery. Too much concealor and not enough native hair my guess.

Disgusting video! Don't think it's a wig at all as it seems different in the different pictures they put up. As others have said more likely to be concealer than a HT.
