Blood on recipient area after 4 weeks

I woke up with blood in the recipient area 4 weeks after my hair transplant in Cosmedica Turkey.

I didn’t hit anything, I had no scabs, I have not worked out, maybe I scratched it while sleeping?

It’s strange to me because I read everywhere that after 2 weeks the grafts are secure.

after the 3 week I started sleeping on my side without the airplane pillow.

Cosmedica said it’s because I scratched a scab (but as I mentioned I had no scabs) and have not responded since then, I’m bit impatient and a bit worried about losing grafts so I’m asking here

anybody has experienced something similar?
First pic is how it looked days before
2nd is how I woke Up
Third is how it looks now.

I agree with the clinic's diagnosis. You probably subconsciously scratched your head in your sleep. The second picture looks worse because of the blood that has dried but looks much better in the third picture. The slight scabbing looks ok. Your grafts are secure under your skin. There's no way you have dislodged any. Maybe apply a little antiseptic cream on the scab but check with the clinic first.

Thanks. It makes me feel better. I’m just puzzled about why the area bled

If you scratch hard enough an abrasion will occur which usually results in bleeding and soreness. If it happens again you may need to sleep with hand coverings to prevent any injury.
It would be good if you do documented your journey on here.

The grafts are safely anchored. Has the area healed? Please contact if you have any further concerns.
