Its just over two years since my first hair transplant with Dr Karadeniz in Istanbul, feeling excited and a little nervous again to be honest just hope everything goes to plan, I'm booked for consultation on Monday and transplant on Tuesday 1st March 2022. Its an all inclusive package everything is included in the price Dr involvement in the operation, all airport transfers and hotel for 3 nights accommodation, you can bring your partner they just charge a little bit extra but check first for price. I will also be staying on for a couple of weeks vacation in Kadikoy Istanbul just like the last time it does help with the recovery plus its a beautiful place great shops & restaurants, I prefer not to fly the day after an operation as I don't think its a good idea, just my opinion. Round two already, time goes by quickly. Your hairline makes a nice difference when comparing to your pre op. How many grafts are you hoping for this time? Which areas are you wanting addressed?
Kandikoy sounds like a nice place to relax after your HT. I’m going to take a look at it. Having your wife with you is great.

Hi Bigmac,
Not sure until the consultation but I think he will focus more on the crown area this time, I will ask about the lateral sides and closing off the temples. I did ask about beard grafts but they said it's a separate operation due to a poison risk, something to do with the local anesthetic injections in your scalp then in your chin. The package I've booked is Fue from 5000 to 7000 hairs could be transplanted in one session. If you have any more ideas from looking at my photos please let me know and I'll ask Dr k.

I`ve seen patients have more grafts placed on one side because of how they style their hair. You style from left to right. Having more grafts placed along the left lateral hump may work better. Adding density to the front will make a visual improvement but if you’re happy with how it is, then concentrate on the other areas.
I’m not sure about the poison risk. Too much anaesthetic can cause complications but I see a lot of clinics doing larger sessions that include beard and scalp hair. Getting it all done in one go would be more cost effective and less time consuming. I would ask them why other clinics are able to offer it.
If you’re happy to just use scalp hair and possibly return for a bht, then that’s what matters,

You look loads better from the surgery. 5000 - 70000 hair will be 2500 grafts upwards which should create some nice coverage. Good luck with this one.
