Wow, the healing from this surgery has been quick and looks very good. No one would know you`ve had anything done.
You must be very happy with this healing.
I`ll look forward to seeing some extreme close-up pictures once your new device arrives.
Hopefully I recieve it this week and we can see if there is any grafts that kept growing. I have noticed lots of small hairs shed so I probably lost most already.

I tried some today with the microscope, looks like I caught some shorter shedded grafts in there. I wish I had the microscope like at Day 7, now most have shed already unfortunaly.

You’ve smashed it with your second one, you can’t even tell you’ve had anything done at this point. Being able to have that haircut at this stage must feel ace?

Thanks @Yoo

Yes I am very happy I went for the unshaven method as I was only thinking about another standard shaved one for quite some time, it was so little trauma in this surgery so I pretty much look like I did before aswell.

Hopefully the time flies and it will soon start grow!

Soon 6 weeks post op(on Tuesday)

Donor looks untouched compared to before this surgery.

No numbness in the donor, some numbness still in the recipient. I get a few pimples in the donor which is probably a good thing as its ingrowing hairs most likely that is trying to sprout.

Close up pictures of the recipient area are excellent quality. Your donor is looking good with the skin fade cut.
Temples points are way better than before. They do look a little darker and coarser, probably due to the fact the finer grafts were not selected.
It looks like the temple point hair is slightly longer than the sides. Is this the case?

Your hairline and beyond should look great once the new grafts are growing.

Yes it does look a little odd with this short skin fade in the temples. I need to keep it longer but I get sick of having longer hair unfortunaly so I will do some more Electrolysis soon.

Example with some length before my recent haircut.

Your hair looks really good so far.
Thanks mate, I am deep into the ugly duckling phase, I hate the way my hair look at the moment but I guess I should be grateful that I have decent hair anyways.

It does look a lot better when slightly longer. Skin fades are very popular styles right now so I can understand why you like your hair that short. How many more grafts are you planning to have removed?

The before photos the clinic took is here, I forgot to post them, I just posted my own.

As you can see on the graft breakdown, lots of singles was used because to soften the hairline, while being densely packed, should get a good look.

I am 2 months approx post op, so still a few months left until it will start to grow. :)

The work looks very good. It takes a lot of skill to place between existing hair and not cause shock loss. I’m excited to see the hairline when you`ve had enough growth. Those singles will create a nice natural look.

Your previous hairline was quite decent but now you are taking it to another level, in 5 months you will have one of the best hairlines in the forum

Hi any update ?
Its too early to see any difference, I think the first grafts might start to sprout at around 4 months and at 6 months there should be a good difference.

Since surgery down below

Yes its a little bit itchy, the donor area. Its fine, I am used to it since my last transplant.

Will post some photos in a bit, Day 5.
Hi Loui, I am intrigued about Dr. Michalis for a similar repair to yours, is it possible to send you a direct message?
