Hi vik, I hope it all works out what does you doc say about the shock loss?

I didn't get in touch with them yet, i need to send them photos at 4 month mark, will ask then few questions if it doesn't get better, from what i read here it is fairly common to have shock loss and it can take months to get back to normal, so i am not panicking. Thank you for your support, hope everything goes well for you also

Hi Vik did you use anything for redness? Im quite red and worried about how long its going to last. How long did it take for your redness to go? Im coming up on 1 month friday.. not sure whether to shave th elot and use tanning or something when I return to work.

Hey buddy, basically i am approaching 4 month mark in about two weeks and i still see a bit of redness to be honest. I was using aloe vera i think it helped a bit, the only thing that really helps is time. I am afraid it's a waiting game, some people heel quicker some not as quick. I shaved my head after 3 or so weeks, entirely up to you what you want to do. One thing is for sure, men don't get as much unwanted attention as women do so i highly doubt that that anyone will notice anything, even if they do i don't think anyone will say anything

Hey dude, just raw blade and shaved everything off The hair is growing, obviously i want a full head of hair over night, but it doesn't work this way i am afraid. Heres a pic i took few days ago, i am 4 months post op now

I'm just over 5 weeks post op to be honest I feel and look like shit wearing a hat everywhere red horse shoe shape around my face from the op😟 can't wait for the redness to go and look normal again!

It's part of the package i am afraid, just wait it out and don't foncern yourself with it, i know it is hard to do, but with time it does get better. All the best

The name of shampoo is "Revigen" not sure how good it is at the moment, to me it's just a regular shampoo. Tips, well, don't eat a dodgy kebab from the hotel, there is few places just next door, eat over there. Be prepared not to be able to communicate with them, some of the techs don't speak english. When you go for consultation the next day after the surgery you won't necessarily be picked up by the tech. So just ask receptionist to get you a cab to a medical centre, it should be payed for by the hotel staff.No the dodgy gut was due to dodge kebab for sure. I workout a lot and eat fairly clean so if i put something in my body that is not good i feel it straight away.Good luck

I think I will just take some cereal bars or something. Is it OK to drink the tap water over there?
