I started to wear a hat few days after HT, i had to go back to work 
after about 2-3 weeks i shaved everything off and stopped wearing a hat

It is actually getting better, i think they may have overharvested it, will take some pictures at 5 mark and will post them. But i think it was just a healing issue more than anything

It's ok dude, i went straight for the airport. I think it was quicker to go for the airport from the clinic, traffic is mad in the city, the motorway is not far from the clinic. I remember things vaguely because i felt really weak and just wanted to get to the airport asap.

So did the taxi wait for you at the clinic, then onto the airport? I'm scared of missing my flight out haha.

They call you a cab and it should be there within 5 or so min, someone will accompany you to the cab. If you have an evening flight you shouldn't miss it. Yeah dude don't eat a kebab from the hotel, breakfast is good there though

How long was it until you could exercise? The advice leaflet says 1 month but I cannot go that long without working out!

Hi LSK I work out a lot found this quite frustrating. There is differing opinions from doctors some say 14 days some say 1 month best be safe anyway!
