Hello everyone, can you tell me where in Turkey you can do a hair transplant for 1800-2000 euros (dollars)? If cheaper, then even better? Alopecia zone grade 6, I plan to do because I need to do two transplants for a good result, I'm looking for a clinic for cheaper

There will be numerous clinics that offer surgery in the price range you mention. However, you should look at quality/results before price. If you decide on a clinic that does multiple patients per day you should ask who will do your surgery and can you see results from them. Then do further research. Try to speak with former patients.
Choosing a clinic on price alone, you may end up regretting this if you have inexperienced people doing the surgery.

Could you say what age you are? Are you on any type of hair loss prevention regimen?
I have seen people have decent results with your level of loss but you need to know the risks of future loss, especially if you’re not on meds. Your crown has started to dip/thin on the back of your head.

What are you wanting to achieve? Restoring full coverage would probably use up most, if not all of your scalp donor. Then you may need to use body hair that will increase your costs. Concentrating on the frontal third/half with a conservative hairline may be the best approach.

Reach out to a few clinics to see what they suggest. Your donor will require an in person examination for suitability.

This is a 5000 graft result with a similar hair loss pattern to you. 5000 GRAFT HT Results will vary from one person to another.

Your best option might be to shave down.

Given you’re relatively young and headed toward NW6 most would recommend considering hair loss medication before a transplant. Perhaps consider taking finasteride for 12 months to see if it slows your loss, is tolerable and strengthens your donor. During that time (if you’re able) you could try saving more money for a hair transplant?

Hair loss meds are something you should consider before a hair transplant. If you have surgery without them, you have a much higher chance of your loss progressing further.

I see no reason to drink finasteride, because while I drink it, it may be good, but as soon as I stop, everything will return to its place. And drinking all your life means poisoning your body. As for the transplant, I do not hope that I will return my lost hair, and I understand that there will not be enough donor material for the entire zone, and that it will not be thick, but I hope that I will be able to transplant the front one with a decent thickness, and the crown is only succeed. The rest will be sprinkled and smeared with topping for a more natural (thick) look.

As long as you know the risks of future hair loss, then it’s your decision how to proceed. You do know that transplanted hair is susceptible to DHT too?

I thought transplanted hairs wont thin ? Is this always the case that they can thin also ?

Hi Friend ,

Good evening , your 27 years old the donor you have is precious why dont you try the Hairloss medications for 6 months before going for a HT , take some advice from the Clinics do plenty of research , the higher you are in the Norwood scale the more chance of further hairloss, take some pictures now and try the meds for 6 months and do a comparison to see if it has halted the hairloss , good luck keep researching .
