Help in hair transplant repairing (overharvested donor area)

Hi folks,

I had HT in Turkey two years ago and I am not quite satisfied with the
result I got.

I feel that my front hairline is unsymmetric and the density is not high.

I am aware of the fact that my doner area is now weak ( overharvested ) but wondering if
it is still possible to have another HT to correct the front hairline and add more density .

Any advice for a good clinic that has an experience with dealing with similar cases?

I have attached some photose here

Thanks

Whoever did this to you didn´t care at all, sorry to say. It looks like you don´t have much donor hair left to do much. Have you tried growing your hair longer to see if it hides it better? good luck

Mate know u dont want to hear this but that is not good
If it was me I'd want a refund and get some kind of repair here in the uk
Yes they have deffo harvested hair in certain areas
Cant even think would would be the best route for u
Maybe cut short and have smp
Just think it would be safer option
If u have more surgery u could run the risk of having bald patches in the back of u head
Sorry mate

The only clinic in my opinion to give u good honest advice would be the Maitland clinic in Portsmouth or the Hair Dr uk

Sorry to hear about this. How do people choose bad clinics? :(
Check Dr. Doganay restoration jobs.
Hope you will find the right solution in the UK or anywhere else.
Good luck

Hi A47.
Sorry to hear about your predicament. Your donor area is very thin now, a good clinic may be able to extract a little bit more via FUE but how much would have to be established after an in person consultation.
Some body/beard grafts are a possibility.
How many grafts did you get and do you have a pre op picture of your donor area?

They calimed 5000 but offcourse they did not take that amount! Personally , I am not willing to go back to Turkey! I prefer somewhere in the UK or Europe

Do you have any pictures prior to surgery showing your hair loss and donor area?

Any pics of the top longer? Can you not utilise you body hairs somewhat to add some density and grow the back and sides to disguise the thinning areas?

A few things I've leant about donor extraction and graft counts is on the bigger cases many grafts are dissected. People mention over harvest when a donor looks patchy, they never mention the damage that may be caused by poor extraction techniques. You might have 5000 taken out and another 1000 or more damaged or destroyed.
I do hope you can find a solution buddy.

Would probably use my chest hair and beard to add more density

Your hair on top does look thicker but your donor is definitely a lot thinner and patchy. I haven't had a hair transplant yet, trying Finasteride first but what I have leant is use a clinic where you know who will be doing the surgery. Vinci have examples posted on this forum but they never mention the doctor.

Hi mate, Im sorry to see what they did to you and your suffering, it can be possible to know the name of the clinic so people considering this clinic will have the opportunity to think twice and avoid your pain?,at least your bad experience will help others..

All the best.
