Now it is 7 months post transplant. Can I dye and color my hair 7 months after hair transplan?.

Yes you can. If you`ve used the same hair dye before your transplant your scalp should be fine but I do believe most dyes suggest to do a patch test first to make sure there is no adverse reaction.
