Im slightly puzzled by this one, the hair before the procedure and place of hairline looked cosmetically fine. The first photo i really thought was the after pic. But i suppose the reasons for having a H.T vary..

Hi Zion

The pictures posted are at a lower definition than the original ones taken.

The hairline was pluggy due to previous surgeries and looked unnatural and see through, the angles especially in the temple areas were completely wrong and looked very fabricated.

The goal was to camouflage this work by establishing a newer softer hairline in front and working back into the previous erroneous hairline that also lacked density, whilst giving proper temple closure.

The patient could not wear his hair back due to the aforementioned problems that needed to be addressed.

We will seek to post higher definition photos to show the problem more clearly.

Hi Guys,

Just to reiterate what Stephen has already said, that the pictures posted really don't give you the full picture. There was little density in the temples and the hair line, when worn up, looked very pluggy and unnatural. I went into the op with my eyes open, with a specific glow in minda, am very happy with the work carried out and am looking forward to, fingers crossed, good growing.

Thanks everyone for talking the time to comment and I'll keep you updated on my progress.

Cheers

Why do you need to suffer this painful way of growing hair if you can grow hair naturally?

I am indeed Sram. My Surgery was on the Thursday and I flew home Monday evening. I still had some slight swelling at this point and had close friends or family seen me at this point, they may well have noticed, but the general public, not a chance. Also, my hair is long enough so I could cover both recipient and donor area without any bother which helped immensely. Within 2 days of arriving home, my swelling was completely gone and that weekend I stayed popped I met up with my family and nobody noticed a thing. When I had my first HT, my temple were completely bald and, quite honestly, you could tell for maybe 8-9 months post-op that I had had HT surgery.

If you need any other info about the op, where I stayed, what i done etc., just give me a shout, I'd be happy help.
