- First, regarding Alexa, you are looking at Alexa data in reverse. The higher the number the worse the ranking is. The numbers represent a traffic ranking, not actual traffic. Of all the hair loss websites you are comparing the one you say is number 1 is actually number 3. I'm not looking at one month, the graph I sent to you in email shows data for the past six months. The front page of Alexa, or a cumulative six month history, it doesn't matter. Both will show that you're wrong because the lower the number the higher the ranking. 131,000 is not a better ranking than 88,000. It is a worse ranking. The second place ranking is 119,000. And only being concerned about historical data in this regards is saying you only want your opinion to be seen by people from the past. What you should want is for people to see it today. Either way, you're wrong. Accept it.
I did not ask you to reveal your identity. You said you would do so yourself and I asked why you couldn't do it now. Stop playing the victim card. It is embarrassing.
My website has been up for 10 days. It has the most comprehensive terms & definitions on the web. It has the first and only form patients can take into a consultation to "interview" the doctor with some tough questions. It has the first "second opinion service" ever offered. It's all free and I've just gotten started. What have you done so far?
And now the experiment...
- Since I made the update to my thread on this forum on March 24th you and I have posted numerous times. How many times?
Joe Tillman - 5 posts.
Topcat - 9 posts.
You have posted in this thread more than I have by a margin of nearly 2 to 1 and this is what we've learned about YOU in MY thread about ME:
I've never insulted you but you have insulted me. I've never called you names but you have called me names. I've never jumped into any of your threads and told you how you should behave in order to be "righteous" yet here we are with your patronizing and insulting comments and amateurish insinuations. Who do you think you are? What gives you the right to judge me while you hide behind your anonymity? Usually, someone that shares information, asks questions and talks about their problems anonymously is someone that is just looking for help and is genuinely a valuable member of any online hair loss community. The hoped for pattern is that they ask, they learn, they experience and they give back. However, someone that does nothing more than tell others how to behave when they themselves cannot follow their own advice, patronizes others about how their behavior does not live up to some irrelevant expectation and claims to be such an expert on the hair loss industry that they are writing an E-book, all while being anonymous, is something else entirely. A coward with narcissistic tendencies. I don't like going down this road because you, like me, are a repair patient. But you've taken this holier than thou approach too far. Get over yourself and stop looking for conspiracies and plots.
By the way, you're not as anonymous as you think you are. I've never given it a second thought but when I got home this evening I had three emails waiting for me from three separate people with what amounts to a small dossier on who you are and what you do with links to your online social media accounts and affiliations. I personally don't care but it seems that others do.

Joe I am posting my response to you on a few questions you asked me and statements you made elsewhere. If the moderator feels this is off topic here by all means please remove it. I just believe it is good information to have and the fact is regardless of what others may believe this is the most viewed hairloss site in the world. One only needs to search sites like alexa to see the numbers.
Sorry Joe that is the best I will do for now, meet those that ask into my home and speak on the phone. Anything more I will do on my terms and not someone else. Anyone that knows me knows I tend to do things my own way and if I make a mistake I own it and try to learn from it. If what I say does not have any truth then it certainly would not be cause for concern by anyone in the industry most especially a now independent consumer advocate. The lawsuits or moreso threats of legal action are enough to be a cause of concern for those considering a procedure and yes I do have plenty to back that up and of course I am not going to post to that to a forum. Better book material while leaving names out. We both know the industry would salivate at seeing some names so they in turn can follow up with a legal threat, hence your comment to "name names". It's too bad that there is a segment of the industry that feels this is the best way to conduct business and suppress information but hopefully that will change. You see you don't seem to quite get it. It's not meant to bad mouth or taunt the industry but help some it change while letting those researching know there is some good one just needs to know what to look for. This in fact benefits the patient as most regardless of how much research they do on the forums still end up confused by it all. I can help shed some light so that when they are researching they will look at it all through maybe a different set of eyes now that they might have a greater awareness. I read a posting very recently on another forum where a patient claims he was told he was not a candidate for fue and was given a strip, not quite what he was expecting. Now a few years later he realized he was lied to as he has had a fue procedure performed that went quite well with another clinic. He is now disgusted by his hideous scar more so because he was lied to by this doctor. Now when a pattern keeps repeating over and over regardless of the specific ht issue then one can only deduce that there is much truth to it. One does not have to be in the room in this case as the pattern emerges over time and this is why constant observation of what is stated, written, and action taken by those that work in the industry is so important especially when researching. When I speak with other patients and they all start saying the same thing it no longer becomes hearsay. This in my opinion helps to give strip a bad name as when one goes into it informed and chooses it that's certainly can be a good choice for them. But no one likes to be lied to for profit. I have often heard by those in the industry when mentioning a doctor that might have issues in the past preface their comments with "please don't sue me" so how you can believe this does not happen and say it with a straight face is beyond me. You can try to discredit me or dismiss what I have to say but I think you are barking up the wrong tree. As I stated I will do it on my own terms and patients are or should be well aware that the fact that this procedure is so personal in nature that industry workers like you often depend on others being so embarrassed that you will just keep your mouth shut let alone show your face. Your attitude is something I have seen before with some of your own patients in the past.........you simply dismiss what they had to say. Like I have stated previously, I think you are good guy but I think you need to protect your turf otherwise you do not make money. More and more patients are learning to connect to each other on their own. When my Youtube channel is up with enough video I will let you know..................I promise and I will not use a forum to connect others to it because it is stealing the hard work of someone else which is the act of a coward in my opinion. I make statements in many of my postings as a way to constantly push myself and follow through................I always do what I say I'm going to do I just move very slow. Everything has to meet my own expectations first before I can expect it to meet others. Times have changed my friend the information will become more available by not only me but by others. It is becoming easier than in the past. I don't need the forums that banned me as I researched and also tried to connect the dots. Joe my biggest weakness is that I always believe people are good at least at first. It is exactly the personality trait that led me to become a repair patient and all the repair patient sing a familiar refrain. So when people wonder why so many bad decisions on my part in the past there you have you answer and hopefully those reading this can learn something from it. I still have that weakness until I become aware of something different and then I no longer feel the need to be so accommodating. I do my best to praise good work and good deeds when I see them on the forums along with doing my best to pass on some of my own knowledge base I believe would be helpful. To ask me to dismiss the bad or turn a blind eye as a repair patient is simply asking too much and hopefully the honest forums can understand there is absolutely no ill intention on my part...........absolutely none. I will use your technique when you want to avoid answering a question and in this case me avoiding your request "keep your eye on the ball" it works very well. When I have the Youtube channel up I will not be posting links in the forums because that is the act of a parasite and one of the biggest pet peeves with this industry is there are simply too many parasites.
Topcat -Now this is just damned unusual. You're posting your answer on one forum in response to multiple posts on another forum. It's like telling someone to read the prologue of a book and then only handing them the last few pages with the expectation of context being understood. Of course, it winds up being about you. Keep your eye on one forum And with respect to F****l, you're wrong about the Alexa rankings. Check your htrepair email.
Joe Tillman -I like to spread the knowledge........most here are smart enough to figure it out or if they are interested they can look for it. You don't work for a forum..................right...............it should be of no concern to you.
Topcat -What does this mean? What should be of no concern to me? Who said anything about working for a forum? You made a statement and I showed you in an email that I sent to you that you were dead wrong. How does this relate? Did you get my email?
I've only got a few things to say because frankly, this is silly and you keep trying to take this off subject. But I'll have you know that part of this was an experiment. More on that later. If you use Alexa's front page which accounts for historical data h*** is ranked US 57,890 Global 130,877 Making it the most visited site in the hairloss community. Let's say what I am looking at is incorrect and you are basing you numbers on a current month, historical data to me is what is important. And I have been on this site long enough to know most of the posters are in fact genuine so the numbers are real. You ask me to show my face as if I don't it diminishes my credibility. You are really reaching there as I stated when I do it will be on my terms and really I don't answer to you nor anyone in this industry. The facts are I have already mastered Wordpress well enough to put together 3 different websites using different themes. I have spoke of the core machine I designed and my wife wanting to offer dental vacations in the past. My wife obtains visitors from the site I designed simply by word of mouth, meaning she is growing it organically and not being a parasite off the work of someone else. I have several Youtube videos already completed while also learning the ins and outs of e publishing and the different formats and ways to go about getting it all launched. The material only requires an editor the rest I can do myself. I like to learn and do it all on my own because I too don't like the idea of not being a parasite. I also started a blog site as it was suggested to me but I just haven't had the time to update it enough but that will happen. That website I also put together on my own. This all has to come together so that I can grow it organically and to be honest this whole ht issue is such a diversion for me but a necessary diversion. Someone has to stop the dishonesty. And to also be honest it really is not your place to request personal information about me. That would be akin to me asking you why you left H&W what was the real reason. Then what happened with Rahal................how come you did last too long? Do you need a job? Do you need money? Is that it are you desperate for money? I can give you a job digging holes seems like many in the ht industry are good at that, you know digging holes for others. I never asked you any of these questions because it's none of my business.

Joe maybe I shouldn t have even asked you any questions to begin with but I was honestly excited that someone in the industry would actually try to explain what goes on I might have been expecting too much.

You have posted in this thread more than I have by a margin of nearly 2 to 1 and this is what we've learned about YOU in MY thread about ME:
- No one asked, but on a forum you said you are not going to use the forums to promote your book.[/*]
- No one asked, but on a forum you said you are not going to use the forums to promote your core machine.[/*]
- No one asked, but on a forum you said you are not going to use the forums to promote your Youtube Channel.[/*]
- No one asked, but you said on a forum that you have built a blog that you haven't had time to update.[/*]
- No one asked, but you learned how to use Wordpress.[/*]
- No one asked, but you built a website for your core machine.[/*]
- No one asked, but you built a website for your wife's dental vacation website.[/*]
- No one asked, but you invite hair transplant patients into your home. [/*]
- No one asked, but your biggest weakness is believing people are good at first yet in this thread you said that by not rocking the boat I am not righteous and that I'm responsible for screwing up lives by, again, not rocking the boat. Oh, and I'm a parasite for announcing my free website with free tools for people to use and to educate themselves with. I won't rehash the names you've called me publicly in the past. Oh, and apparently I'm a good guy.[/*]
- No one asked, but you made claim about forum rankings on Alexa. You don't know how to use Alexa web rankings and you state incorrect information as fact.[/*]
- No one asked, but you said that the hair transplant industry "often" sues people to "keep the machine going" yet when I asked you to back this up your fact switched to there being lots of threats of legal actions. Which is it?[/*]
- No one asked, but you said you know I can't rock the boat because I have to work within the industry but if I don't rock the boat I'm responsible for a young man's life being ruined. [/*]
- No one asked, but for some reason you insinuated that I work for a forum. I think. What the Hell was that about anyway? Care to prove this or are you going to make a veiled accusation and then slink away by not following up on it?[/*]
- No one asked, but you "want your opinion to be heard by as many people as possible". Who says this stuff? [/*]
- No one asked, SERIOUSLY NO ONE ASKED, but apparently someone posted a gay porn on another forum and claimed you were in it. [/*]
