Congrats on your recent surgery with SMG and thanks for the detailed write up and photos, they are a top notch clinic and your experience reflects that. Did you get on Propecia before surgery and if so do you think you had any improvements?

Hi Garageland. I am on Propecia but have not noticed any regrowth, still early days though. Having connection problems right now hence no updates, I will have it sorted soon.
Thanks for your positive comments.

Everything is back to my pre operative state. I will add pictures when things start to happen. No issues with Finasteride to report either.

I am coming up on 8 weeks post op now. Everything has returned to pre op state. My donor looks untouched which I am extremely happy about.

I would like to say I have had to contact SMG many, many times with questions and they are always there to reply right away. I know I have been unnecessarily over anxious with the whole process when I do not need to be. Thank you Dr. Josephitis and Janna for your patience!!! I really do know I'm in excellent hands. Here are couple pictures.

Hi Crudance, everything looks fine, all the grafts have shed so now it's just the waiting game for you.Lots of patients are nervous post op and ask lots of questions so it's good to hear Smg are taking care of your concerns.
Thanks for the update.

Thanks for keeping an update of your progress. It's always nice to follow our patients.

All is looking as it should. Try not to worry about growth at this stage as you know it'll be another couple of months before you notice anything unless you happen to be very lucky. Try to keep your mind off growth, it'll make time move faster. ;)

4 awesome repairs with SMG
I can understand where your coming from with all the questions and the nerves etc, its very common dude....its all perfectly normal to be a little anxious and i also found that SMG bent over backwards to answer all my questions as well.
Looking forward to the growth stages dude

Hey all. It is coming up to 5 months, I am experiencing lots of new growth which I am very happy about. Maybe the meds have kick started it early. Take a look at my pictures and let me know what you think.
I will be back in Minnesota in a month or two and planning to visit Smg for a follow up. It will give them the opportunity to assess my growth.

This picture is at 4 months.
