Regaine/Rogaine Foam 3 months supply £37.99

Hi. After researching on this site it seems that Rogaine is quite a popular product for hair loss. I am 24 and have not tried anything before, do you recommend me using it? Should I use it in conjunction with Proscar?

I have come across the following site which seems to offer Rogaine quite cheap:

I just ordered from Amazon - a few suppliers at around the £45 mark for a three month supply.

When I used to get the liquid I got Kirkland minoxidil from Biovea which appears to be about £20 for 3 months.
