Excellent thread and I'll be watching closely as seriously considering HT. I'd be really keen to see pics 1 week, 2 week after surgery goosen01 if you are able to as keen to see when the redness and when it's unnoticeable you had op.

Hi Footieman, here are some more photos.I had my stitches out yesterday (day 11) and the swelling, tightness has gone down a lot. The scar area is still a little sore as is the top of my head, but all in all feeling good.I decided to shave the back of my head to try match it with the buzz cut i was given on top during surgery...thought it may look a little less weird!You can see the line on the back now clearly, but hoping that will lessen as the hair grows, covers it.I'd say the redness started to disperse after about day 5, but was still very noticeable. It wasn't until the past few days had the redness all but gone and just looks a little dry.Overall i'm very pleased with how the procedure went and how things are looking, I just want to fast forward a year and see the progress!!- Pic is day one
