It would be great if there was an update for this guy.
I had a consult with SMG in September, and I have a very similar hairloss pattern, and Matt suggested I would get 1400-1600 grafts if I went through with it.
I'm also interested in how do you decide which patients can keep their hair a little longer at the recipient zone? Being able to keep my hair that length would make the first month post transplant so much easier (i work at a corporate-type HQ with lots and lots of people, I can't really wear a hat to work or try to unnoticed).
