Yes I am delighted with the work.

A lot of people know I have had this done and a few guys who I have met considering a hair tranplant from themselves all seem to be impressed with Dr Bisanga's work.

With the hair pulled back the hairline is incredible. The subtle softness of the transition zone makes it impossible to tell anything was even done.

Fantastic result, and great to see ethics like that. I have 2,000 FUE with BHR in August albeit for a very different loss pattern, but reading things like this makes me feel much more comfortable in my decision! Brilliant thread!

Thanks to everyone who has taken an interest......................and for the recent bump back to the top of the pile. ;)

I must admit I thought after my last update a few months ago this thread may have been consigned to history. However, I'm glad people are still looking in and that it can be of help.

I have zero regrets. It's been a great experience and I'm grateful how it has worked out for me. Not everyone has been so lucky, though nowadays it does seem like more clinics than in the past are doing great work.

Full credit goes to Dr. Bisanga, his team at BHR and Stephen. When I look at my hair in the mirror it is genunely unbeleivable the good job the clinic has done.

Thanks again.

No prob. :) To be honest, the beauty of detailed documentation is that people will always refer to it. I picked up on this because I was researching Dr Bisanga extensively amongst others.

I've just posted my own thread here detailing my entire consultation process (travelling to Belgium, meeting 4 docs, their different views, my final decision and reasoning behind it).

I missed the last update somehow. I was reading your initial post when I was still in Brussels after my first op and have been following since. Looking good!

Hi everyone,

It has been a long time since I updated this thread, but, I felt it important to come back and acknowledge the results and BHR, given what they have done for me over the years. In fact, I make it 5 & 1/2 years since my transplant in Brussels with Dr Bisanga.

Since then, I still take Propecia and I have been back for a small touch-up on the left side of my head to balance out a small density problem. The results are absolutely fantastic at 7 months as you can probably see from the pictures below. I am still in touch with Stephen today and cannot speak highly enough of him as a person and the help and assistance he provided throughout the entire process over the years. Stephen, I'm very grateful.

Since having my initial transplant over 5 years ago my life has moved on immeasurably. I attribute a lot of this to the clinic and their work towards resolving my hair loss issues which allowed me to focus on the things that matter rather than worry about superficial issues. These seem very large and important at the time, especially when they become so prohibitive that they distract young guys (like I was then) from achieving career goals and making strides in important aspects of our lives. I include social confidence here also.

So, I'd like to finish by thanking the clinic wholeheartedly again, and I hope if they are viewing this then they are very proud of their work and the treatment that I received from them. It was first class from start to finish. Genuinely, I would not hesitate in recommending BHR and Dr. Bisanga who is an excellent Dr and a thoroughly honourable person.

I have attached pictures below with both wet hair and with dry hair which shows how I wear it with some styling mousse.

Wow look how much hair you have. One would never know you'd suffered any hair loss whatsoever. Dr. Bisanga has done an awesome job, it is natural, dense and looks very good.
I will read over your story in more detail over the weekend.
