Cheers bigmac,Hi AFA7. It is difficult watching your own progress and comparing it to others, especially if the others have had great growth around the 5-6-7 month mark. Looking back at your pre op picture I see you still had quite a bit of hair in the forelock which was also transplanted Into. This area was the first to recover with the existing native hair and possibly some transplanted hair. The hairline and temple corners which had no native hair are looking thinner right now as the growth has not yet matched the forelock.
I can see the outline of the hairline and the growth you’ve already had for 7 months. I think the next few months will give a better indication on how it will turn out. You still have enough time to experience more growth which will hopefully meet with your expectations. Some patients don’t have any growth at 5-6 months, then they get a big burst. For now, all you can do is wait and try not to worry which I understand is hard.
Many patients like myself will use fibres or other concealers to compliment the growing hair until they need it less and less.
Definitely see the clinic for the suggested 9 month follow up. It’s good to write down beforehand anything you wish to ask.
I hope that helps you.

I spoke to the clinic today as I haven’t really seen anymore growth in the passed month, they’ve advised me to come in for an in person assessment in 2 weeks time so hopefully this will give a better indication of how things are going.
