Here is one more pic of my hair wet and combed straight back. This is in natural lighting. If I use a flash or if the room is too bright, it causes an xray affect and you cant really see the hair in the pic.

Im at 4 months today and am happy with the progress so far. The doc says this should be about 40% of the result at this point. This is my normal hair cut, buzzed to a #1 guard on the sides faded to a 2. My hair cutter says next hair cut she will probably be able to cut the native hair to the same length as the transplanted hair.

Of course its too early to tell what the final result will be but there is definately hair where there was none before, its exciting to watch. I will try to post again at 5 months and am keeping my fingers crossed.

Here are some pics at 5 months. Im wearing it a little longer since I can do that now. Preop it would not have looked good this long. The left side is coming in better than the right but with a little length it all belnds together.

Richtea, it's funny you say that. I used to hear that a lot a few years ago before my hairline receded. Then they started to say i had a Nicolas cage thing going

Here is my hairline at 6.5 months and proposed temple points. I would like to know what the forum members think about creating tample points. I know that some think they are absolutely necessary to frame the face and others say they are optional. Thoughts?

Great results so far Levrais, creation of temple points would look great IMO.

They are essential to a strong frontal hairline IMO

Thanks for the feedback guys. I've been looking at temple point designs. I noticed that some have a very linear design like a chevron and others like the one Dr Bisanga drew for me are more rounded. Which do you think looks more natural?

Yes IMO if you see someone with a great natural hairline they always have very strong temple points

I would go for it.
