Sounds like a good plan. Is he doing it all for free that is good of him especially after the time that has passed since your first went.

I had my second hair transplant a few days ago, it was 1270 grafts in the end with around a quarter being single grafts for the hairline and 50 in each temple point. Absolutely no issues with fibrin or swelling this time, ive been to the clinic each day for a wash and the nurses were so reassuring and nice to me. I had my first full wash today and the dr is really happy with how it's looking. I'll post some of the photos he took on a pro camera next when available, fingers crossed once it's all healed I'll have a nice thick head of hair!
Pre op shave, you can see the section that had the poor growth due to fibrin the first time:

Separate post just for the photos after the full wash, lots of bruising and a bit gree from the needles and aloe vera but not too many big scabs. Apologies for the bad camera quality as it's on selfie

The work looks very good. Those grafts should add the density you want. You are healing well, and good to hear you have no issues.

Work is great. He has really filled it this time.
Did the doctor say if there might be any issues as you are going over some old hardened tissue?
If you get a good percentage of growth this will look really good
Was it all for free or did you have to pay any as he has put on quite a lot more than expected but it’s better to fill it properly and be happy

To be honest I didn't even ask about the hardened tissue, he just told me we'd get a much better density and result this time so I trusted him.
Fingers crossed for a high percentage of growth! as I'm definitely not going through the process again haha
No i had to pay but he did it at the original price i paid which was 2.5 euros up to 4000 grafts then 2 euros after 4000 grafts which I was happy with considering it was years later and probably my fault for flying home so early the first time round, whereas this time I stayed in Espinho up to the first full head wash.
