2 months update - the transplanted area is getting darker and there are baby hairs all over the area and my donor healed completely and now its same as it was before surgery

Thanks for the update, A_4_Archan. Still early days, but it's nice to hear that things are going well so far. Your donor area does indeed look good and doesn't show any signs of surgery. Just of curiosity, what sort of length do you wear your hair? Thanks.

Seeing baby hairs at this stage is a good sign that you’ll have some nice early growth, lets hope so. Your donor looks in great condition with your hair at that length.
You must be feeling positive er about your hair right now.

@Bigmac yeh feeling really positive as am seeing so many baby hairs throughout the transplanted area which is very exciting...i think oral minoxidil also plays a role in this..
I had a hair cut and buzzed my back and sides and still the donor is looking absolutely normal and untouched and my barber was infact surprised to see how normal it is looking..actually even if you see my 10 days post op pics my donor looked good...and this is very important for me as i am bound to have more surgeries....

Just few days short of 3 months and has to attend a function so had a hair cut and thought to click a normal picture in normal scenario to see how it looks(used powder wax for styling) ..so thought to share it here..

@Salazar @sl
Thanks....yeh geting some good early growth and am really excited about that and i hope it continues
Actually i think oral minoxidil and prp played an important role in this...though i can only predict this and don't have any real proof about it..but this is what i feel based on my knowledge and experience ...

I just did my HT in Bangkok too. I have a few nights that I can't sleep well due to swelling and also maybe because of my age.

It’s looking good. Is the powder wax working similar to fibers?

@Bigmac
Nope...that is just a styling product and helps to hold hairs in specific way but don't make it look thin as it doesn't wet your hairs and its a dry form and makes your hairs look to it's top potential though don't help like how hairs fiber do...its totally styling product rather than a baldness hiding product and can't be used instead of hair fibers though i would say its a best styling product for thin and fragile hairs ..

That sounds good. Where are you purchasing it from? It could be useful for others to try it.

Hello Archan, thank you for your journey log. Your progress looks fantastic! I have my surgery scheduled with Dr Laorwong on November 9th. May I ask if you have any concerns with your results? I am worried about my hair transplant looking like the 'doll hair' that I see in some surgeries. And also worried that all of my transplant hair will be facing straight up instead of multiple angles. How has your experience been with that?

For example, hair transplanted with poor angles

@silhouette
No no i don't have any such concerns....so don't worry...he is an experienced surgeon and you will nt face bad angle or multi grafts issue on the hairlines...don't worry you will be under safe hands
