So 10 months in and had check up yesterday. All has gone to plan. we talked about a second surgery to fill in the crown and various options FUE/FUT . Depending on method I choose could harvest between 1800-2500 grafts. I will probably go for the conservative 1800 grafts as lower risk and leaves the door open for a third surgery …always good to have an option in the back pocket. I plan to enjoy my new hair for the next year and consider the second surgery in 12 months.

So just over 1 year on. I am pleased with the result following one procedure. Will probably get the crown done at some point this year. Stay tuned!

It’s made a very nice change to your appearance. Having a second procedure for the crown will help in creating a good illusion of a full head of hair. For now, enjoy your new look.
