Where is the best place to purchase Minoxidil foam from? SMG recommend this and are convinced it helps the grafts and works better than just pro-scar on its own for the crown-so thought I would use it once a day.Loving my peach fuzz and will have stitches out in the next 4 days currently at 10 days post op and other than a cold I am feeling good.

Also there is a mineral I need to purchase to as I recall save me trawling to find it out can someone enlighten me or drop a link in as to what it is-I believe H+B stock it may have been magnesium or a derivative of?
Convinced I got my cold from having to stop taking vit-c-b-compex and Zinc before my op' LOL Planes are terrible for spreading germs not like you can open the window and get some fresh air either!;)

Hi Masher, I get my 5% Rogaine Foam from Minoxidil Direct. It's about 60 euros for 4 months supply (4 canisters) and comes overseas in about a week. Try this link: www.minoxidil-direct.com

Cheers Peachy

Thanks for that fellas will go have a look.I have just been using a normal pillow Bullit-sleeping on my side was easier for the first few nights but it feels ok now-I use the memory foam pillows anyway so they are pretty forgiving-but did not feel the need for any thing else as though uncomfortable it was not that bad that I could not get off etc ;-)

Here are some pre-op and post op picks with my hair/Graft numbers.

Strip width and length: 1.2 cm x 26cm
1's - 972
2's - 1131
3's - 199
4's - 6
Total: 2308 = 3855 hairs

I am not a good candidate-with fine hair and average to lower than average density in my donor.
The good news is that I have a small area to pack them into and if you look at my previous shots in my pro-scar-finateride thread you will see the new hairs sprouting on my crown that I am sure were not there before-I have been on the tablets for 11 months so far. However I could be delusional so I will let you guys be the judges on that one! LOL

Any questions fire away and I will be penning an in depth report on my Journey in the next few days:::C

Later dudes

I had my stitches out last week and the scar is healing well-I have started training on the bike again-Introducing some harder sessions but have done no weights as yet-will do some lighter sessions for conditioning this week.
I buzzed my hair down to a number 3 in keeping with where I was scalped! lol and have been out at work (retail shop floor) with no hat etc just looks like a bad haircut with over zealous clippers! ;)
Will post some new picks as I think most of the grafts have gone now and to give an idea of how clean and well my scar is healing ;)
Janna if there is anything else you would like me to do/show just holler and send my regards to the good Doc and everyone at SMG they are all very special people ;)

Oh yeh, one last thing is there a difference between foam and liquid in terms of results? both of them are 5% but there is a huge difference in price hence value.I have used the liquid before with no side effects I can remember but just thought I would ask before deciding which to purchase-I will be using once a day before I jump in the sack ;)

Thanks in advance!

I don't believe there's any difference between the two, however, with foam, it's easier to apply evenly all over. With liquid, it's easier to get too much in an area making your skin irritated. Other users felt the liquid was also too messy to work with. If you have no problem with either one, you should purchase the more economical one. ;)

Good to see your pics up so everyone can follow along in your progress. We wish the best for you. I will pass on your regards to everyone here. Thanks.
