Ian H Watkins Steps and Dancing on Ice Star wig?

Has anyone seen Dancing on ice recently? The former Steps singer is definitely wearing a wig/system in the show......or at least in my opinion guys.

Just check the hairline.......it just doesnt look natural or real.

Something is going on with his hairline, could be a wig of some sort, maybe artificial bio hair or could be a not so natural hair transplant with product in.
This picture shows his hairline was receded prior to his Dancing on Ice picture.
