Normal scarring or necrosis

Can anyone help can you confirm if this scabs look normal or could be necrosis I’m post op day 11 and some scabs wash off, these were left and seem tougher than the other scabs my clinic said not to worry but was hoping for any advice thanks in advance.

It is possible you have scratched your head, maybe when sleeping. Right now I would say it is just dried blood with a little scabbing. Ask your clinic if they think some antibiotic cream would help it clear up faster. If they don't think its needed, then just let your shampoo soak in for a few minutes to soften it up and gently massage them away.
